Orange hosts version 1ʳᵉ of Java du porc

The first edition of Java du porc, a festival about folk gastronomy, will take place on the weekend of June 3rd and 4th in Orange. On the program are tastings, events and shows, but also the Mondial du saucisson.

On June 3 and 4, MedinaOrange will put sausage, ham and the most widely known gastronomy in the spotlight during Java du porc. Local farmers and their local produce will be highlighted, as well as catering trades such as butchers and bakeries.
