How does World Cup mode work?

As in the men’s tournament, 32 teams will participate in this World Cup for the first time. This increases the number of teams in the group, with teams playing in eight groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group qualify for the round of 16. In the knockout stage, the first-placed team in one group plays against the runner-up in another group.

When and against whom does the German national team play?

The German national team will start the tournament in Group H on July 24 against the Moroccan national team. Start at 10.30 am German time.
