With New Zealand, London expands list of business deals

After Brexit, the UK became a banker in the Asia Pacific region.

London also signed an agreement with Japan, and this new treaty strengthens trade relations with a priority region. It serves Britain’s ambition to join the Trans-Pacific Free Trade Partnership (CPTPP), which includes 11 countries in the region with a combined GDP of $8.4 trillion, before the end of 2022.
