Where to watch France-New Zealand, the opening match of the Rugby World Cup in Loiret?
Several municipalities in Loiret will switch to Rugby World Cup status from Friday 8 September. Several clubs decided to broadcast the match on a giant screen.
Soleil-sur-Loire
For Sully-sur-Loire, it is an event organized by CSM Sully Rugby, in partnership with the Board of Directors. The cost is “about” 10,000 euros with support from the Ministry (50%). Only one match will be broadcast, the opening match between France and New Zealand, on September 8 at 9pm.
It will be in the courtyard of the Château de Sully (not in the garden since there is a Sange Festival this weekend) with a maximum capacity of 600 people. Admission is free and doors open at 7:30 p.m.

Chateauneuf-sur-Loire
The municipality of Chateauneuf-sur-Loire will broadcast the match and the opening ceremony of the World Cup at Espace Florian: doors open at 7:30 p.m. The rest of the matches will depend on the results of the French national team. The event will be organized with the Rugby Club running the refreshments bar.
Orleans
In Orléans, a fan zone will only be created in the case of the French team’s quarter-final match at the beginning of October. The match is scheduled to be broadcast at Campo Santo Stadium.
