Scoob heads west Prominent Victorian owners Merv and Meg Butterworth have purchased the form horse of the northern winter. Scoob Operator flew to Melbourne yesterday after the Butterworths acquired him out of Scott Phelan’s barn last week. Phelan was training the horse for his girlfriend’s father, Robert Anderson, who prepared him in Canterbury to win one from 30 starts.
