MATAMATA LETMEBY made up a huge slice of ground in the hurdle race at Te Aroha last week. He settled back on the inner and was last with 1200 metres to go and a long way from the leader. He ran on strongly to finish fourth. DON'TBREAKMYHEART battled strongly to finish third on the flat at Te Aroha. He set the pace and stayed near the slow inner around the home turn.
