“Sweet 17 and a red summer dress”: Teddy Hears sings a summer song with SambaBeat

The charm of youth and the casual lightness of SambaBeat: With the hit song “Sweet 17 and a red summer dress” by Christian Braun, Teddy Hears once again puts you in a good mood and a summery feeling…

Creating a good mood with youthful charm and fragrant music – German Schlager singer and artist Teddy Herz surprises and inspires his audience through the generations time and time again.

Summer, sun and summer song

Just in time for summer 2021, “Süße 17 und ein redes Sommerkleid”, the new tenth single from Teddy Hears, will be released. The light, casual samba rhythm, light saxophone and sympathetic singer’s voice create a reliable summer feel.

Composition comes from Christian Brun

Christian Braun composed “Sweet 17 and a Red Summer Dress”, who wrote several hit songs for Drafi Deutscher in the 1960s, including “Marmor, Stein und Eisen breakks”.

“Because he liked my new recordings of “Der Hauptmann von Köpenick” and the cult hit “Marble, Stone and Iron Breaks” so much, I asked Christian Braun if he still had an unreleased song in the tray that was by Drafi Deutscher in his Teddy Herz said. Time is set.” “No, but I would love to write a new song for you” was Christian Braun’s spontaneous answer. That way “Sweet 17 and Red Summer Dress,” “a song written for me,” said Teddy Herz happily.

The script, about a childhood sweetheart, is from “Wörle Brothers”, Georg and Walter Wörle, which was also produced at the Musicland recording studio.

Like all of Teddy Herz’s previous releases, “Sweet 17 and red dress” appears on Reuthers Records, which specializes in German songs. The single is available as of today, July 2, 2021, from all download stores and streaming services – the current album “What color has the world” and family album “Christmas with Teddy Heart” are of course also available on CD in specialty stores and online shops.
