On Saturday 22nd April, the CCFD and Fleur de Bouchons 56 associations organize their traditional collection of papers and corks, in Auray. Appointment is made from 9 am, in the Bel-Air district, rue du Moulin for the delivery of papers and corks. Fleur de Bouchons 56 collects plastic or cork stoppers to sell to recyclers; The money from these sales is used to finance the purchase of equipment adapted to people with disabilities, in order to bring together the sick, the able-bodied and the disabled through sports and recreation. “We remind you that we need to collect and sell approximately twelve tons of corks (that is, about 6 million corks for soda bottles) in order to be able to finance the purchase of the Juliet machine. Materials that are recycled, the collection, in addition to being an act of human nature, is environmental action.
