If Joe Schmidt is the favorite, the names of other candidates will be traded. One option leads in particular to the Wallabies’ former opener, Stephen Larkham (102 choices). Larkham, the current Brumbies regional coach, had already joined the Australian squad in the past, but was sacked in February 2019 due to disagreements with Michael Cheika.
