Years later, Pierre-Antoine Mouracioli, better known as Antoine, born in Madagascar, will give up his career to devote himself to what fascinates him most, travel.

An honorary sailor who has been traveling the oceans for nearly fifty years, and in the Pacific for more than twenty years with his companion Francette, the singer-songwriter returns to the continent with baggage full of his fondest memories, and his most beautiful meeting.

The images are also, in the form of a documentary, in which the director presents beautiful and unknown landscapes, animals and plants unique in the world as well as inhabitants imbued with local traditions.

Artists like Jane Campion and Katherine Mansfield or directors Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit, Thor Ragnarok) and Sir Peter Jackson also attend. Scenes from the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogy were filmed in New Zealand.

So the director will be present this Tuesday, November 15th at 2pm at the GGR cinema in Draguignan.
