Alone in a small space with no comfort, this dog finally got out of 15 years of living in hell.

There is reason to surrender, however, and the association “Agir pour les Animaux” may find its courage and strength in anger.

On July 30, 2024, this small shelter in the south of France shared the rescue they carried out today on their Facebook page, another very sad story.

In a space full of possibilities and ends, a poor old dog lives as best he can, without an ounce of respect or humanity from his owners.

He doesn't even have water available.

This poor dog Fox is 15 years old and has been enduring unbearable living conditions. For several days, he has not even had water despite the high temperatures. Taking pity on the animal, a neighbor has put up an umbrella in an attempt to protect him as little as possible.

But the old dog is exhausted from this life in hell, he is suffering physically and morally, and it is urgent to help him. The association “Agir pour les Animaux” was able to go to the scene and count on the support of the gendarmes of Castelginest (31 years old) who were able to recover the keys in order to seize the animal.

After being taken out of this place full of waste, the old Malinois appears to come back to life immediately upon being placed in the car that came to collect him, as evidenced by the photo provided by the association, which almost suggests a smile on his face. Animal face.

When he arrives at the shelter, the poor dog will need special care: he is very dirty, his hair is stuck, his back hurts and he can no longer see much of anything. But fortunately, he can count on the kindness of the team who promise to do everything they can to offer him the most beautiful life from now on.

In its Facebook post, the shelter would like to remind you that the support of the Castelginest City Council is essential: without the subsidies provided to the shelter by the city, this welcoming place would not exist, and dogs like Fox would not be able to find the landing point.
