Tursi: Tom Prudhomme is the new head of Teen Space

After several months of getting ready and doing nothing during the summer, Torceans aged 14-17 as well as young adults will be able to find their own space on Saturday.

The new teen space is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, October 8 between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Young people will be able to connect with the new team and in particular with Tom Prudhomme, the new manager of this space. He will be assisted by Marie-Claude Tarrett, Childhood and Youth Coordinator, and Elodie Nectox, facilitator and mediation service.
Tom Prudhomme, 27, arrived last Saturday from the Paris region. He has many experiences in various public or private trade union structures. For example, he was the vice president of extracurricular services at Joinville Le Pont. Among his tasks is combating school dropouts or even teaching the basics of the French language to non-native speakers. He also worked as an assistant director on a teenage vacation trip. He expresses his happiness to receive the municipality and his first contacts with the added bonus of a welcoming and functional building. At first, he wants to meet Torcean youth and relaunch the activity that has been reduced to a little. Subsequently, the projects will be developed by and for young people in full consultation, in Torcy but also outside the walls.
