“The Biggest Loser”: That’s why tough coach Ramin cried | entertainment

There were many tears of joy in the first part of the “Biggest Loser” semi-finals. But with coach Ramin Apten (49), the tears were very bitter!

After the end of the time in the weight loss camp, the six semi-finalists were allowed to prove at home for a month whether they could continue to lose weight in their usual environment. Then they met in the first part of the semi-finals in Baden-Württemberg, presented themselves in new clothes and had to weigh themselves again to assess their performance.

During the plastic surgery, the candidate Jasmine (30, starting weight 120.6 kg) from Karlsruhe was an inspiration to everyone! Jasmine would have lost a total of 34.7 kilos in the camp, but her weight is only 85.9 kilos!

With a weight loss of nearly 30 percent, she had the highest percentage of total weight loss of all the semi-finalists prior to the semi-finals.

But disappointment followed on the scales. What weight did the semi-finalists lose from the camp to the semi-finals? When Jasmine stepped on the scale, Ramen Apten’s eyes darkened.

“How far do you want to go?” asked Camp Leader Christine Theis. The candidate with her heart on her sleeve: “I’m a fighter, I’m ambitious, I do my best. I’ve had someone tease me and know how to handle me. That’s why I’m really grateful to have Ramen as my coach!”

Thess, the camp chief, turned to the coach: “Ramen, what are you thinking of?” He explained the reason for his bad mood:

“That’s a good question. Actually, I wanted to tease her a bit and that was certainly the case if you’d done a little more than I showed you and you didn’t always notice. There are also many hours in the day that I’m not there. I think you could have done a lot more.” with your potential.”

Harsh criticism from the coach! But Ramen calmed down: “If I didn’t like you so much, I would have expressed myself completely differently now. We’ll see how it works, but you know it yourself.”

Hit cash anyway! “It cost him a lot of nerves,” Yasmine tearfully admitted.

The scales then showed a clean 8.5kg loss – another 9.90 percent weight loss. Jasmine was delighted – “It could have been a lot more possible,” Ramin commented dryly.

Because: Jasmine still has to leave the show with a comparatively worse outcome. Tears were also falling on the hands of the powerful coach, Ramin Apten. The coach is really sad, frustrated and has teary eyes for Jasmine: “I hope you stay tuned anyway.”

Why did the end of Jasmine affect the former world champion in kickboxing so much? Ramin Aptin talks about his tears to Bild: “My declared goal is to help candidates achieve their dreams. When someone fails to reach their potential, it is very painful for me. I am mainly interested in the dreams and goals that someone has. Kilograms and optics are of secondary importance.”
