Paray-le-monial. Eight young people from the socio-cultural space completed their work

Every year, the Socio-Cultural Space (ESC) and Opac (Office of General Planning and Building) work together to bring more comfort to the residents of collective housing in Parai. From the 10th to the 21st of July, every half day, eight young people: Michel, Armand Jr., Marilou, Denni, Marco, Dylan, Mikael and Bellesim, join forces in three buildings on Rue Maurice Ravel in Paray-le-Monial. Their task was to clean and paint the stair railings and the doors leading to the lower floors.

The adolescents, under the supervision of Jean-François Beaulieu, Director of the OPAC Site and Isabelle Landrieu, Youth Reference of the Economic and Social Council, noted, on Friday, July 21, at the end of the morning, the very positive result of the operation and the total understanding that prevailed during the interventions. Immediately, the teens put their signatures on a sign certifying their work and calling for respect for the place. They will receive a bonus of 15 euros for half a day. The Opac will receive compensation that will allow, according to the choice of young people, to hold a holiday in La Grande Motte on August 2, 3 and 4, combining fun and cultural aspects. Two other similar camps have been organized for many years in April and November.
