Obiak. The book was displayed for two days in the cultural space

The book fair, run by a team of volunteers around Patricia, takes place twice a year in the convent building which has been turned into a cultural space.

The first takes place in June and this year, under the beautiful sun that is finally returning, the facilities have diversified somewhat giving bargain hunters the opportunity to travel to find what they are looking for in three different places. Arriving through the garden, preceded by rustic flower arrangements, is the kitchen of the ancient monks, with its whitewashed vaults, and a treasure trove of books with beautiful covers, and beautiful titles on history, sports, art, cooking, crafts, and comics for adults. Early on Saturday morning, volunteer Nadine was welcomed and her long-dormant business was sold at low prices. The collector was not wrong! A few steps away, in a more focused space, Evelyn and Lillian, smiling, were informing parents in the children's section. It seems that the little girl, who is so concerned, does not need her mother to make her decision. It offers beautiful children's books with attractive covers for young people at unbeatable prices.

Upstairs, the world of novels and thrillers, governed by its director Patricia, cannot change its display in the long room in which hundreds of books are displayed. Patricia welcomes you, explains and encourages you to purchase the number of books that will allow you to get a free book. Prices are fixed and low. Behind, in the corner, thrillers are teeming, with titles that are sometimes chilling, but softened by the dim light coming through the window. As the good weather continued on Sunday, there was no doubt that the book fair delighted bargain hunters as well as among the dedicated volunteers who came out one by one to greet them.
