Gradually, between 2022 and 2023, different structures have been created or will be created to offer a wide range of services to the population: Mosson Branch of CCAS, Team of Education Success Programme, Branch of Mosson Mission Locale des Jeunes, Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie which will open its first center for Examinations and Health (CES) in Montpellier, whose offer will be extended to the vulnerable population of Montpellier, a branch of the Business Innovation Center (BIC) in the capital, the creation of FABLAB with a solidarity call, a third cooking place, as well as the Mosson Citizen Councils and the Provincial Council that will hold meetings There and lead their bodies.

From Friday, February 24 to Friday, March 3, 2023, as part of the Mawson project, the city and city of Montpellier invites all residents of the district to come and participate in the first participatory work site dedicated to the neighborhood redevelopment project: they will work on designing the new forecourt of the Giselle Halimi facility.
