Strengthening cooperation between Morocco and Israel in the fields of scientific research and innovation was the focus of talks that took place on Tuesday in Rabat between the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and ‘Innovation’, Abdellatif Mirawi, and the Israeli Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology in Rabat. This visit was also an opportunity for the two parties to discuss the factors for developing the partnership between universities and research structures in the two countries, and to give priority to the movement of students, teachers and researchers, as well as participation in projects. The statement stated that a memorandum of understanding was signed between the two ministries on May 26, 2022 in Rabat, with the aim of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fields of innovation, scientific research and technology.
