Lotto: The Waikato powerball has made $ 4.5 million, and this year’s winner is third
Te Aroha Lotto player became the third person to win Powerball in 2021, garnering millions Just days after two players participated in their first Grand Prix of the year.
They won $ 4.5 million in the first Powerball League on Wednesday.
Their winning ticket was sold at Te Aroha supermarket and consists of $ 4 million from the Powerball First Division and $ 500,000 from the Lotto First Division.
Waikato’s winner’s victory comes after two lucky South Island players from Twizel and Te Anau earned $ 2.8 million each.
Another Taup lotto player will also celebrate after winning $ 500,000 with the Lotto First Division. The winning Lotto ticket is sold at Pak N Save Taupō.

A Levin player also won the fourth blow, taking home $ 300,000. The winning Strike ticket is sold at the Levin Mall Lotto.
Anyone who has purchased their ticket from any of the above winning shops must write their name on the back of their ticket and verify it at any of the Lotto NZ outlets, online at MyLotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ app.
