Tunisia – The text of a decree signed by Tunisian President Kais Saied yesterday on the announced change of leadership of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Investment Support.

In the place of Ali Koli, who was forced to resign, the Austrian Seham Boughediri has moved.

According to a press release issued by the Presidency of the Republic, Said also dismissed the Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy who was also the interim Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, Mohamed Fadel Karim from his position.

Nizar Bennaji was responsible for managing the Communication Technologies Department.

On 25 July, he dismissed Saeed al-Mashishi as prime minister and suspended all activities of the Assembly of the Representatives of the People, the country’s parliament.

The next day, he sacked Defense Minister Ibrahim Bartaji, Minister for the Head of Government in charge of Civil Service and Interim Minister of Justice Hasna Ben Slimane.

The secretaries-general or those responsible for administrative and financial affairs in the Presidency of the Republic and within the ministries were assigned to provide the temporary until a new prime minister is appointed and a new government is formed.
