at recent days GiantBomb interview on Twitch After the Xbox Games Showcase presentation, Microsoft President Matt Booty made a bold statement regarding Starfield, the highly anticipated game from Bethesda. According to him, if the game launches today, it will have the lowest number of bugs recorded for a game from Bethesda.

“Working with Todd and the team, I’ve seen the number of bugs, and I can say, numbers-wise, that Starfield will be Bethesda’s game with the fewest bugs ever…and we still have time to polish a game.”

This statement is especially important given Bethesda’s previous launches, which were often marred by various bugs and technical issues. However, it’s worth noting that the decision to delay last year’s Starfield release appears to have been the right one, based on the impressive footage revealed at Bethesda’s Starfield Direct event.

The game, which was originally slated for late 2022, has been delayed to a later date in 2023. Now we know Starfield will be available this coming September 6th, both on Xbox Series X | S or on Xbox Game Pass.

So there’s less than three months left before we find out what the final game will be like, and whether Matt Booty’s promises will come true. Players can’t wait to dive into this captivating space universe and experience without the usual hassle of bugs.
