Forza Motorsport Unveils Career Mode and Real Gameplay! | Xbox One

In parallel with the Xbox Games Showcase Extended, the full summary of which you will find in our article, Turn10 teams presented in detail the career mode of Forza Motorsport, one of the aspects that the studio has worked the most on in this new opus. For the occasion, several gameplay scenes were broadcasted in the video.

Completely revised career in Forza Motorsport

In Forza Motorsport, the career path has been completely redesigned, to offer players a new experience, centered around the love of the car and especially its construction. Several classes will be highlighted as you progress in what the studio calls the ‘Building Cup’, based on three pillars of Experience, Building and Domination.

Each event starts with a free practice during which you must complete several objectives, then the other sessions come up to the race.

By winning races, you gain experience in addition to new parts for your car, but also “car points” for some improvements. From the chassis to the engine, including all parts such as the exhaust, brakes, tires or bodywork… everything is customizable and above all upgradable in order to shape the final car.

The new heart of Forza Motorsport

Cars are still at the heart of the game, but this time progressing and building your cars is at the center of the experience. And the studio indicated that every time you drive a car, whether in single-player, professional or multiplayer play, you earn experience and car points to upgrade your cars.

Turn10 also made it clear that the drivetrains, those AI-powered cars, are better than ever. The developers assure that they never cheat and that there is no malice, they simply reproduce human behaviour.

Physics, an often criticized aspect of Forza Motorsport, have also been improved, including a new suspension system, revised car weights, and improved aerodynamics.

Forza Motorsport remains scheduled for October 10th exclusively on Xbox Series X | S and PC as well as on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
