Free keeps updating its WiFi repeater

After the first update at the start of the week, the launcher is publishing a new firmware for its repeater, and it is available with Freebox Pop and Delta.

Now you can take advantage of the new version 1.5.15 of this WiFi repeater. In particular, it is suggested to correct a bug that renders the repeater’s Ethernet port unusable in certain scenarios.

To take advantage of this update it is necessary to update your Freebox server to version 4.3.2 at the same time. Then all you need to do is restart your repeaters.

How do I know if it is my duplicate WIFI Pop has been updated?

Go to your Freebox Connect app, available at iOS and on Male in appearance (Click on the links to download it). On the homepage, you should see a duplicate appear as part of your Freebox equipment. If not, then go to Equipment List.

Click on your repeater, then you will enter a page dedicated to the information related to your device. Go to “other information” directly. Note that if you are not at home, it is possible to restart the repeater directly from your app via a dedicated button at the bottom of this page.
