Forza Motorsport: Gameplay, 500 Cars, Ray Tracing… New Details! | Xbox One

It’s for sure Forza Motorsport Which appeared during January’s Developer_Direct on Xbox. Turn 10 is revealed to our even bigger fun through gameplay sequences, and many more details about this highly anticipated episode by fans.

Forza is full of information!

A true reboot of the Turn10 series, this new Forza Motorsport promises to be the richest episode in the license, with a completely revised progression system, which is sure to please fans.

This new opus will offer players renewed progression and a career mode that will allow the player to get into the heart of the race and drive cars from all walks of life.

We’ve worked out several details about the planned new features, and here’s what was confirmed during the event:

  • New physics models for cars have been implemented
  • Over 800 unique upgrades for car customization
  • A new paint sample that responds better to light has also been implemented
  • Dirt on cars is now displayed more realistically
  • Forza Motorsport is the first Forza game where audio is mixed with modern audio formats such as Dolby Atmos
  • The game will feature local broadcasters
  • The circles are ten times more detailed than before (fog, procedural clouds, etc.)
  • Dynamic weather has been confirmed, along with the time of day
  • 20 environments at launch, including 5 new environments
  • More than 100 new cars
  • The circles are ten times more detailed than before
  • Kyalami Circuit in South Africa is one of the newcomers to the game

In addition to these details, Forza Motorsport has introduced several game sequences, but unfortunately little gameplay at the moment. Despite everything, the game looks visually superior to previous episodes, and will especially allow you to take advantage of ray tracing in 4K racing at 60 frames per second.

There’s still important information yet to be communicated: the game’s release date. We’ll have to wait a little longer before we find out, but if Microsoft makes good on its promises, the game will be available on Xbox Series X | S and PC before this summer.
