Forza Horizon 5 on PS5? A “big” Xbox game is coming to PlayStation soon! | Xbox
As we quickly approach Gamescom, a big rumor has emerged to spice up the start of the day. If confirmed, it should be a huge hit as it’s nothing more than another big Xbox game arriving on PlayStation consoles.
Forza Horizon 5 coming soon to PS5?
Just yesterday, we were hit with several rumors about another Xbox game coming to PlayStation. First, it was the generally well-informed Shinobi602 who teased an announcement for next week in the columns. Reset ERA.
He was followed by eXtas1s, who was also very well informed about Microsoft's plans, who went a little further by posting a GIF indicating that Feliz Cinco de Mayoor “Happy May 5,” in reference to the anniversary of the Battle of Puebla in Mexico. This reference is therefore directly reminiscent of Forza Horizon 5, which is set in the region, and would therefore logically be the next big Xbox game to arrive on PS5.
The reason we’re sharing this rumor is because eXtas1s is generally very reliable. He’s been particularly right recently about the release dates of Activision’s first games on Xbox Game Pass, or the arrival of Microsoft’s white Xbox Series X at the Xbox Games Showcase.
Also note that Windows Central journalist Jez Corden points out for his part that it's not Forza. So we should clearly take these rumors at face value; and, whatever happens, we shouldn't have to wait long to find out who's right.

Forza Rest is the perfect candidate!
As a reminder, Microsoft opened its doors to PlayStation and Nintendo consoles earlier this year by launching four of its first multiplayer games on PS5 and Nintendo Switch, including Sea of Thieves, Grounded, Hi-Fi RUSH, and Pentiment.
By announcing that these titles would be coming to other consoles, the company explained that this was a test and that Sea of Thieves and Grounded were specifically chosen to grow the service's gaming community, after reaching their full potential on Xbox.
If we follow this logic, Forza Horizon 5 would now be the perfect candidate to attract new players on other media as well after the title was fully exploited on Xbox.
And of course, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Remember, Gamescom will take place from August 21 to 25, including the Opening Night Live conference that will follow immediately on August 20 on Xboxygen.
