Elogen and HiFraser will produce green hydrogen in Australia and New Zealand

Elogen, which specializes in PEM electrolysis, and HiFraser, a group that specializes in designing engineering solutions, have entered into a partnership that will make it possible to produce green hydrogen in Australia and New Zealand.

This agreement will include the supply of electrolyzers that will be used to produce green hydrogen in these two countries. HiFraser will be responsible for assembling the electrical systems, piping and various mechanical fittings related to the electrolyzers provided by Elogen, adapting them to applicable standards and requirements of local customers. The company will also provide customer support after the electrolyzer is delivered.

The green hydrogen generated by these electrolysis units will be used primarily in mining operations, as well as in gas and oil.

Thanks to affordable solar energy, Australia could soon become an international leader in green hydrogen production. HiFraser is the ideal partner to deliver innovative technologies to major hydrogen producers in Australia and New Zealand‘,” says Jean-Baptiste Choueme, Managing Director of Elogen.

We are pleased with this alliance that will enable us to provide high performance technology to these two countries.Jodi Draper, Managing Director, HiFraser Group, added.
