“Co & nnect”, a new co-working space in Montluel Station

Aimed at independent entrepreneurs or employees wanting to work remotely away from home, a new space has just opened its doors and offices on the Montleuil Station floors. Co & nnect (with the cherished ampersand “&” on 3 cm) offers newly renovated premises to provide a comfortable opportunity for workers who want to “land” in good conditions and discuss with their “colleagues” for the time being.

At the service of 16 open-plan workstations, 2 meeting rooms, various office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, projector) and high-speed Wi-Fi connection accessible according to a tailor-made offer. Three formulas (at preferential rates for job seekers or students) meet occasional or regular use needs, from €10 per half day for an office space or €8 per hour for a small meeting room.

“Place de la Gare” reactivated

This project is the result of a proven collaboration between 3CM and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Ain prefecture and the SNCF Gares & Connexions department responsible for the revitalization of the station sites. The objective of the “1001 Station” call for projects, to which 3CM responded positively, is to take advantage of the train’s proximity to accommodate new activities.

2021 had already seen the completion of the development of the ground floor of the building dedicated to the Le Costellan tourist office. The time has come to adapt to the evolution of new ways of working and to boost local economic activity while reducing commuting to work which gave birth to Co & nnect. An investment of €568,000 will be made, funded by the four aforementioned partners as well as a contribution from the European Leader program to support innovative projects in rural areas.
