(CercleFinance.com) – On the occasion of the 2023 General Meeting, the Board of Directors proposes the appointment of Ms. Megan Clarkin and Ms. Ulrika Ferne as members of the Board for a term of four years.

A native of New Zealand, Ms. Megan Clarkin is the CEO of a global technology company.

A Swedish national, Ulrica Fearn has gained solid financial experience throughout her career with multiple positions within major international companies in sectors that depend on technology for their sustainable transformation (energy, telecoms, consumer goods and trade).

Ms. Xiaoqun Clever expressed her wish not to renew her mandate. Following a change in her responsibilities within Bosch, Ms. Tanja Roekert has decided to retire from the Board of Directors, effective at the end of the general meeting on May 16, 2023.

In the event that the General Assembly on May 16, 2023 approves these decisions, the composition of the Board of Directors will be 15 directors, including two directors representing employees and one director representing shareholders from among the employees. Among its members will be 83% freelance administrators, 40% administrators with international profiles and 42% women refer to the group.
