BlueMail. Hospital: Snoezelen space opened

Patplo 56 wanted to provide the hospital with a place of rest and meeting for patients in the hospital and post-hospitalization.
To meet this need, the Snoezelen space was created, thanks to the La Ploërmelaise Association. This was greatly contributed to by the installation of this hall which was opened late Monday afternoon DrE hospital vows ceremony. The inaugural visit, which was delayed due to the health crisis, brought together Philippe Couturier, General Director of the Groupement Brocéliande Atlantique Hospital, Valerie Jean, Deputy Director of the Ploërmel Hospital, and Patrick Le Diffon, Mayor of Ploërmel and Chairman of the Board. From the hospital, Marise Kerrihoel, President of Ploërmelaise and Patricia Lasner, President of Patplo 56.
Snoezelen’s space is occupied almost every day with many speakers: plantar reflexology, reflexologist, social esthetician (funded by the Cancer League), shiatsu, follow-up care …
Last year, 250 treatments were performed in this room, with very good feedback from patients.
The Patplo 56 association also offers wellness workshops at the Clos des Tilleurs with the intervention of a social esthetician and a hairdresser.
