If for some the most memorable science fiction epic is Star Wars, for others it is Star Trek. The license was launched in 1966, and has seen 7 TV series, later supplemented by 10 films, the last dating back to 2002 – and then a reboot in 2009 by JJ Abrams consisting of 3 films. Add to that a web series and an animated series, and you have one of the largest universes ever imagined.
Obviously, such an important franchise includes a number of famous characters such as Spock, Hikaru Sulu, the evil Khan or of course James T. Kirk. One of them could also return in a final film, one dedicated to his character saying a final goodbye.
A sequel to the Star Trek Picard series

Always, his role is played. By the British actor Patrick Stewart -Also known for his role as Charles Xavier/Professor X in the X-Men saga.
End of series Star Trek Picard It does not mean the end of the character. During an interview with Josh Horowitz for Happy Sad Confused, Stewart revealed that the script is currently in development, focusing on his character.
This is not the first time the actor has hinted at the possibility of the character returning. In an interview with IndieWire a few months ago, he discussed the possibility of transferring many elements of the third season of Star Trek: Picard into a new, “extraordinary” film with its characters.
The statements should be taken with a pinch of salt – but they have something to appeal to fans of the franchise, but especially the character.
