[RECTIFICATIF.
says Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan “Hopes” Signature ““In the coming months” Peace agreement with Azerbaijan. He stated this during an international forum in Tbilisi (Georgia), Thursday, October 26, almost a month after Baku’s victory over Armenian separatists in Nagorno-Karabakh.
In an already tense context, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense announced, on Monday, the start of military exercises with Turkey near Armenia. According to this source, these maneuvers are being organized in the Azerbaijani province of Nakhchivan, bordering Armenia and Iran, as well as in “Liberated areas”, the location of which has not been specified and which could identify Nagorno-Karabakh or neighboring Azerbaijani regions. These maneuvers, confirmed by Turkey, mobilize up to three thousand soldiers from the two countries, dozens of armored vehicles and artillery, and about twenty aircraft.
