Novak Djokovic: The tennis star’s luxury real estate portfolio

This impressive glass fronted apartment measures 2,250 square feet and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. The building also includes a plunge pool, infinity pool, library, gym and state-of-the-art spa. Djokovic’s apartment was completed in December 2019 – and just a month later, it was put up for sale again for €6.5 million by the tennis star, who has never spent time in the apartment. It was sold the following year, immediately after his 19th Grand Slam title at the French Open, for $6 million.

2018: Novak Djokovic returns to Belgrade

Djokovic’s next real estate purchase brought him back to his native Belgrade. There he bought a penthouse overlooking Lake Pavlova for 600,000 euros. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a toilet, a large living room and a terrace with a swimming pool. According to reports, the professional tennis player is said to have invested a lot of time and money in renovating the apartment. He has also invested repeatedly in his country’s tourism over the years. For example, in 2009, Novak Djokovic and his family built the Novak Tennis Center which includes 14 tennis courts, eleven of which are clay courts, which will serve as a tourist attraction and meeting place for local residents. Also inspired by Djokovic are Novak 1 Café & Restaurant, which his parents opened after his big vacation, and Square Nine, Belgrade’s only five-star luxury hotel where Djokovic is said to have stayed with his family, while his loft apartment was under renovation. .

2020: Novak Djokovic buys a villa in Marbella

Novak Djokovic’s latest purchase has also become his new home: a €9m Moroccan-style mansion in Marbella. The tennis champion’s family home has nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
