The Springboks will return to Adelaide after 10 years to face the Wallabies there
The World Champion Springboks will face the Wallabies in the Rugby Championships on August 27 in Adelaide.
South Africa’s rugby union announced on Tuesday that the Springboks, the world champions, will face the Wallabies in the Rugby Championships on August 27 in Adelaide and on September 3 in another Australian city.
The second confrontation between the two teams will take place.In New South Wales but at a location yet to be determinedSA Rugby said in a press release.
Springboks coach Jack Nenber was quoted as saying he is excited about the world champions’ debut in more than a decade in Adelaide. The Boks have mainly played so far in Brisbane and Perth when they travel to Australia.
New Zealand and Argentina to continue
As part of the rugby tournament, the South Africans will play their match against New Zealand’s All Blacks in August at home, then their match against Argentine Pumas in September, in Buenos Aires and Durban.
In February, South Africa pledged to stay in the rugby tournament until 2025, facing New Zealand, Australia and Argentina, amid rumors this winter that it will soon participate in the Six Nations Championship.
In July, the three-time world champions will face Wales as part of the XV du Leek Summer Tour.
