The graduating class of 1998 celebrates its anniversary
A few days ago, the Abitur class of 1998 celebrated its 25th anniversary with a two-day class meeting. There were about 40 of the 61 high school graduates at the time, and they were having a good, relaxed time with their former classmates.
Norbert Klein, who “flew in” from New Zealand specifically for the meeting, had the longest trip. The festival kicked off on Friday evening with a joint dinner at The Cruise. This was indeed an opportunity for exchange and discussion. Some had not seen each other for years or even since high school in June 1998. The reunion was widely celebrated late into the night.
On Saturday afternoon, the memory continued at the high school: Caretaker Herbert Schnee toured the school building, which had been significantly altered and expanded, and briefed them on current developments in the school. High school graduates have returned their high school graduation memorial to the stairwell. In this context, it was good to meet former teachers, including Toni Mesmer, Fritz Fuschchober, Ulrik Hoeffler, Maria Schodt and Wolfgang Schmid.
In the former alchemy hall, the libertarians watched the Abifahrt film digitized by Daniel Butch. In the spring of 1998 he was loaned a camcorder from high school, with which he recorded the trip to Naples and Sorrento in an entertaining way. Finally, an organizing team around Dorothy Hauser, Daniela Koringer, Nicole Rombach, Janet Lekic, Rudiger Weber and Tobias Schumacher prepared a joyful evening at the ski hut. Families of those celebrating their birthdays were also invited here and spent sunny hours with a great view of Spaichingen.
