The All Blacks hand over the Māori bench to the City at Tête d’Or Park

Traditional ceremony. New Zealand, represented by its rugby team, the All Blacks, handed over the Maori bench to Lyons on Wednesday at midday, where the players set up their base camp.

A ceremony in traditional New Zealand garb was held in Tête d’Or Park, during which the hand-carved bench was presented to the city of Lyon in the presence of the city’s mayor, Gregory Doucet.
