Black Legend: Wukong, Elden Ring, Dragon Ball: Action! ZERO, Helldivers II, Palworld, Summer Game Fest's program was extensive. We were officially able to rely on a new trailer for Dune: Awakening, the participation of Jason Blum to talk about games from Blumhouse Games, the first expansion for Alan Wake II, and a new trailer for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. But also a trailer for Metaphor: ReFantazio and the first gameplay sequences for Slitterhead, developed by the creator of Silent Hill, Keiichiro Toyama.
The LEGO license was launched in collaboration with Horizon and Guerrilla Studio. The release is planned for PC, PS5, and Switch. Another date to remember: You can play Quidditch on September 3 with Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. DRAGON BALL: Sparking is also on tonight! ZERO has given us some new characters including Goku Ultra Instinct as well as a release date: October 11th! Finally, The First Descendant, a free-to-play game with solo and co-op missions, will be released on July 2, 2024. We've also had a few indie games in the mix.
Editorial opinions
Despite the large number of games presented, the conference is far from unanimous. While some were enthusiastic, others were much less enthusiastic. Charlan is part of the first scenario and leaves many stars in his eyes with a few favorites in his heart: Phantom Blade 0. However, the ads were not to everyone's liking, and even less so to Pauline, who was not the target of the event.
