He will meet Scott Robertson with New Zealand after the World Cup
In 2021, the New Zealander made his All-Blacks debut against Tonga, now has nine draft picks, and is an important player. After the World Cup, he will reunite with his current Crusader coach Scott Robertson as New Zealand coach.
During his extra time, the player said:
“It is very special to stay with the Crusaders, a club that I love playing rugby for.”
“We have a great team and a great culture on and off the field, so I am happy to continue to be involved in it. But most importantly, I can continue to play rugby with my friends.”
His current coach, Scott Robertson, has also spoken about extending the winger’s third line:
“He is strong, humble, collegiate and shows a lot of attachment to his club and team mates. Locking him here until 2025 is huge for the club and the selection.”
