A new tournament has appeared on the PBE for several days, update 13.5, and with it a series of new credits. Particularly on the show are a series of LeBlanc, Kennen, Aatrox, and Tryndamere buffs, as well as nerfs for Gangplank, Twitch, and even Aurelion Sol, not to mention new balances in the jungle and a redesign of Yuumi.

Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison, lead designer for the League of Legends Balance Team, has revealed the full list of heroes and game systems that will get buff, nerf and/or balancing with patch 13.5 in League of Legends, currently updated at PBE which should appear on the live servers next week, around Wednesday, March 8th. In this new update which will be the 5th of 2023 and which will start to feature the MSI 2023 meta, Riot Games will propose several changes to the champions; In total, fifteen heroes will receive changes in the next update, seven of them will get nerfs, such as Gangplank, Twitch (AP) or even Aurelion Sol (nerf, armor, and AP hit points on Q) and Caitlyn.

In the list of heroes who received an augmentation, we find a special one white who receives a major update on their group; Overall, Q (Seal of Malevolence) will now repay 100% mana and 30% cooldown remaining if it kills a target, and the spell mark will now deal 10-146 extra damage to minions. In the list of other heroes who have received a buff we also find Kennen, Aatrox, Tryndamere or Rumble.

Riot Games also planned to make some mods, notably for Yuumi, but also for Pantheon, Ashe, and Azir. This patch 13.5 will also have the opportunity to make new level adjustments the forest ; Essentially, team balancing improves earning golds for each side, removes enemy Jungle damage reduction, and adjusts Jungle Lane experience for the first fourteen minutes of the game.

The full list of all changes and balances will be revealed over the next few hours/days, and Patch 13.5 will be rolled out to the live servers next week, around March 8th.
