New Zealand: a company that offers its employees unlimited leave
In New Zealand, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has widely promoted the concept of flexible working, proposing that companies consider working four days a week.
Unilever It was announced last year that the company will launch in New Zealand An experiment to allow its employees to work one less day per week by supporting the four-day week concept.
This time the community Action stepa computer software company, which is now allowing its employees to take time off for as long as possible in what is described as a “high-trust model”.
Another New Zealand company, Rocktowershad already offered unlimited annual leave and sick leave a few years ago.
