Duel comparison: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra vs Xiaomi 13 Pro
Samsung and Xiaomi both used to give us high-quality panels, and that’s the case again here. The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s screen is slightly larger than that of the Xiaomi 13 Pro (6.8 inches versus 6.73 inches), but the latter benefits from a higher resolution (522ppi versus 501ppi). Thanks to AMOLED technology, both panels benefit from infinite contrast and no-glare time.
Both screens are very bright, but the 13 Pro’s screens peak impressively at 1441 cd/m². The Samsung comes out at 1377 cd / m², which is frankly excellent and benefits from a lower minimum value.
Obviously, it is possible to choose between different display modes, but Xiaomi 13 Pro is the best. By choosing the “Original Color” mode, the color temperature is 6575 K, with a delta E of 1.3. Almost perfect values, even more pleasant than those of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The touch delay is also slightly lower (48ms vs. 53ms).
The reflection rate of the S23 Ultra is also higher (43% vs. 39.7%) than the Xiaomi 13 Pro. So we prefer the latter on a daily basis. But rest assured, the experience offered remains high quality whatever you choose.
