Dan Biggar is missing from Wales’s Fall Tour squad
On Tuesday, a list of 35 players from Wales was revealed for the Fall Tour. When he hits the knee, opening player Dan Biggar doesn’t make sense to be a part of it, while many veterans are making a comeback.
