Children and adults can learn about digital animation at Espace Numérique de La Vicomté-sur-Rance – La Vicomté-sur-Rance
Wednesday, April 19, at The digital space of La Vicomte, six children accompanied by adults, took part in the “Pixel Art en famille” digital workshop, led by Noemi Adrien, digital consultant. In order to carry out the workshop, four computers are loaned to the facilitator from time to time, in agreement with the Secours Populaire de Dinan, to complete the inventory in place.
They animate the graphics on the computer
For an hour and a half, the participants explored Pixel Art on the computer thanks to an application. “This technique is a fun way to draw on the screen and then animate the creations,” Nohémy explains. Children first made a drawing on grid paper, before transferring it to the screen. Thus, junior designers discovered the secrets of animation, by learning to use open source software and free software. A new “pixel” workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It is open to children from the communes of La Vicomté, Pleudihen and Saint-Hélen, from the age of 7, and upon prior registration. Note that there is still room for 3 pairs. Also, Naomi announces an “audio” workshop Coming, no date yet.
