Bureaux & Co opens a new co-working space in Cesson-Sevigné
After more than a year of global health crisis, doubts and questions, the real estate sector is coming out fairly strong.
In this exceptional context, the 2021 “Pierres d’Or” Awards will take place on July 7, and the number of participants will be limited to 250 professionals (but they can be followed on our website immoweek.fr). An event that our partners have remained loyal to, including Altarea (which this year welcomes “Pierres d’Or” to its new headquarters on Rue Richelieu), BNP Paribas Real Estate, Catella, Gecina, Groupama Immobilier, Icade, and Ivanhoé Cambridge, Meanings, Strategies, and Corp.
This 23rd edition of the “Pierres d’Or” will prove, of course even more so under the circumstances, that the French real estate sector as a whole (and the commercial real estate sector in particular!) has demonstrated its strength and adaptability. In the face of new restrictions (stopping construction sites, closing stores, etc.) and changes (in office use, for example), initiatives by players in the sector have continued, as have innovations. This is reported by the editorial staff at Immoweek on a daily basis. This means that professionals, regardless of their occupations, promoters, advisors, asset managers, financiers, etc., have spared no effort and demonstrated their expertise. The selection of the nominees for the “Pierres d’Or” Awards 2021 in the various categories once again demonstrates the quality of the work done. This was repeatedly confirmed by the members of the “Pierres d’Or” jury during the two selection meetings (in a webinar!), chaired by Marc-Antoine Jamet.
The photo of both nominees and winners published in the next issue of our magazine, is also a testament to this, showing that, from now on, the eyes of professionals are firmly set on the future and recovery …
In short, Pierres d’Or will once again celebrate the excellence and success of an entire sector through its players and their achievements!
