“Ask and chase” should be removed from the program – the reason

The quiz show “Gefragt jagt” is now one of the most popular shows in the early evening programs on ARD. Supervisor Alexander Pomis asks his candidates tough questions in the first round before they meet the intimidating hunters – called competition professionals.

However, on Friday (September 22), Alexandre Pomis and his fellow fishermen will not be seen on the program “Gefragt gegeft”. ARD has removed the show from its programme.

“Question and Chase” has been removed from the programme

And for good reason. The channel will instead show the Women’s Football Nations League. DFB will face its first opponent in Denmark. ARD will broadcast the Denmark-Germany match at 5:45 p.m., with the match starting at 6 p.m. This also shows that “asking and chasing” must give way. The quiz show usually airs Monday through Friday at 6 p.m.

After a disastrous World Cup qualifying round exit in Australia and New Zealand a month and a half ago, the German women’s national team must now mount a successful resumption. “It’s good to have something on the line again and we can make up for the justified criticism,” explained footballer Julia Gwen before the start of the match against Denmark. But the team will have to do without national coach Martina Vos-Tecklenburg, who is on sick leave and is represented by assistant coach Britta Karlsson.
