After Fallout and Elder Scrolls, Bethesda brought this plant back to Startfield | Xbox One

Not far from being considered Bethesda’s most anticipated game by Xbox gamers, Starfield promises to be one of the studio’s most ambitious video game projects. His recent appearance at the Xbox Games Showcase + Starfield Direct only reinforced that sentiment. However, the developer does not forget about its other in-house products and prepares a little for them.

Bethesda: A studio with a green thumb

If you’re asked what the Fallout, Elder Scrolls, and Starfield games have in common, you’ll definitely answer their extremely long development time and you’d be absolutely right, but upon closer inspection, these three games will soon share another similarity: Nirnroot.

Bethesda’s production curators certainly know what we’re talking about, this plant has been a veritable easter egg in recent years, returning regularly through the various licenses Bethesda has designed.

First appearing in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Nirnroot is a plant whose properties allow you to make potions of attenuation, health, invisibility, magic, and agility.

It also has the ability to make the urine of the person who consumes it luminous, possibilities so wide which gave the studio the idea to keep this plant in Fallout 4but also in Starfield.

Screenshots appeared in reddit Already indicating that the factory will once again be visible in Microsoft’s Xbox exclusive. However, it is not clear if the latter may have any effect on gameplay or player progression or if it can only be monitored.

Starfield’s Final Answer is out September 6, 2023 exclusively on Xbox Series X | S and PC. The program will of course be playable on Day One on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
