ZDF and SHPG hunt in New Zealand again | TV
The new co-production “A Remarkable Place To Die” was screened in Queenstown, New Zealand, at TV screenings in London. The 4 x 90 minute crime series was developed by Screentime New Zealand and is in co-production with Real Film Berlin. And ZDF It was produced in collaboration with Banijay Rights. All partners are familiar with each other; the crime series “Auckland Detectives” (original title: “The Gulf”) was created in a similar constellation, and sister company Letterbox was in place of Real Film at the time. Two seasons of the format ran on ZDF. The new series will air in Germany, the US and New Zealand on ZDF, Acorn TV and TVNZ. Banijay Rights has acquired worldwide distribution.
