Towards another package with the All Blacks for the World Cup?

Ian Foster already has to make several withdrawals for the upcoming World Cup, but a new one could be added since the Blues announced an injury to one of their senior players.
Less than two months of absence
Patrick Tuipolo will miss all of the final stages of Super Rugby with his club after sustaining a fracture this weekend, during the final match of the regular season against the Highlanders. This did not prevent the Auckland team captain from playing the entire match.
This injury, if it is a major blow for the Blues, could also be troubling for the All Blacks. Patrick Topoloto is an experienced player in the New Zealand squad and although not necessarily a member of the squad, he was recently selected again for the final round in November.
His absence is estimated at 6 weeks, so this does not mean that he will be excluded from the World Cup immediately, but doubt remains.
Sad news: Patrick Topoloto suffered a broken arm in last weekend’s game against the Highlanders.
Patty will unfortunately miss the rest of the Super Bowl season.

To summarize
Will the New Zealand international withdraw from the World Cup? This player was seriously injured during the final weekend of the Super Rugby regular season. Obviously there are concerns.
