amazing hero

Pauline Ferran-Privaux did not wait until 2022 to form one of the most beautiful records in history, but her summer will go down in history with three consecutive world titles, in three different formats.

The French won the gold at Les Gets in the short cross-country distance before doing it again in the Olympic distance.

Not satiated yet, she presents herself today in Haderslev (Denmark) at the start of the World Marathon Championships. This time Ferrand Prévot does not perform a number one solo because the distance is much longer.

But there is no doubt about letting herself fall asleep, she drives a very sustainable and fast train, and only Britain’s Annie Last and Swiss Olympic champion Yolanda Neff have been able to accompany her to the end.

This time the gold medal is decided in a sprint, once again in favor of this exceptional champion who has become more than just a legend in her discipline.

Then nearly 150 runners started at the men’s race, the vast majority of whom are long-distance professionals.

The decision was made gradually, through kilometers and difficulties before seeing New Zealander Samuel Geese win gold at 4h16’51.

He is 16 seconds ahead of Germany’s Andreas Seewald, out of 57 seconds from Denmark’s Simon Andresen.

For France, we find Axel Roudil Cortinat in eighth place and Hugo Drechou in 19th place.
