Pleyben multi-reception team in training on the theme of space and surroundings – Pleyben
The multi-receive Pleyben team continued two days of training, Monday and Tuesday, around children’s sector specialist coach Sylvie Hay, while the first kids geared up to welcome back again on Wednesday.
“This type of meeting is the first: these two days are on the topic of space and the ocean,” explains Isabel Durlins, Director. The space was completely redesigned “with one goal: the well-being of those who will use it, as a response to children’s needs. Eliminating clutter is the solution. Quality of educational toys must take precedence over quantity because swiping often leads to anxiety in children,” says Sylvie Hay.

Other works: “Lighthouse” mode, this chair where a member of the team sits to be present in the direction of all the children. “Then we looked at the rules for these spaces: that all facilitators have the same framework, and each area has its own document, included in the educational project as in the bylaws, and then presented to the parents, so that they know what will be presented in complete transparency.”
