Zealand – France: On which TV channel, when and the latest news from this match at the 2024 Olympic Games
After two wins over the USA (3-0) and against Guinea (1-0), Thierry Henry's men play one last match at the Stade Velodrome in Marseille, on Tuesday, July 30. This is the last day of Group A of the Tricolor. The match against New Zealand is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m.
The Olympics are currently a success for the French men's Olympic team. When they entered the competition, the French dominated the United States (3-0), then a few days later, captain Alexandre Lacazette's teammates had a tough time against Guinea, but won (1-0). Coach Thierry Henry was much less satisfied with the second match, but overall he was more than positive. The Tricolores are now first in their group with six points.
In contrast, New Zealand still dream of a place in the quarter-finals. After beating Guinea (1-2), Ben Wynne's team-mates got off to a good start in the tournament. Then, against the United States, the scene was not really pretty. Their opponents did not tremble after scoring many goals to win easily (1-4). Against the host country, qualification looks difficult, but nothing is decided yet. Darren Bazley's men are in third place with three points.
