The first year of Espace France services in numbers
Espace France Services (EFS) in Amboise celebrated its first candle last November, but in January the municipal community, which runs the place, carried out its first quantitative assessment. Attendance, budget and forecasts for 2024… The Control Committee reviewed the open structure activity at the headquarters of the former Treasury, Place Richelieu in Amboise. Here's what you need to remember.
> Attendance. In 2023, 5,110 support services were registered at the EFS in Amboise, the fourth highest attendance among the 31 such buildings open in the department. This represents an average of 20.8 daily escorts. Of this total, 40% of requests relate to health insurance, 28% to taxes, and 11% to registration and driver’s licenses. Peak attendance reached in June “During the real estate declaration period.”depending on the municipal community.
> Users. The majority came from Amboise (2,488 escorts, or 72% of the total), Negrón (265), and Bossuet-sur-Seis (134). In total, the CCVA represents 3,218 applications for support out of a total of 5,110 registered applications. The “model file” developed by the municipal community is the image of a woman over 62 years old, living in Amboise, seeking support for a question regarding her health coverage.
> Budget. In 2023, the Financial Stability Facility operated with a budget of around €108,000, two-thirds of which was self-financing. State aid amounted to 35,000 euros. In a sign of the desire to increase capacity, the projected budget for 2024 is just over 119,000 euros, including 40,000 from the state.
> Expectations. The year 2024 will be the year of publishing the “roaming” service. The digital agent and facilitator will travel once a month and to each municipality starting in March. They will be housed in the Town Hall building and will receive support for administrative procedures online without an appointment. An electric car and computer equipment were purchased for this occasion.
Two new national partners (Energy Check and the National Development and Housing Agency) will join the range of organizations already represented in Amboise (the Ministries of the Interior and Justice, Public Finance, Pôle Emploi, Pension Insurance, Health Insurance, Family Allowances, MSA and the Post Office). Note that Amboise EFS also hosts the Pep'It Lab digital point, the Entour'Age social system and the local mission.
However, in 2024, the number of CPAM hours will increase from four to three hours per week. MSA will be available by appointment on the first Friday of each month.
Doors open this Friday
Espace France Services in Amboise is organizing its first open day, on Friday 2 February 2024 from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Users will be able to meet the chassis agents as well as the partners present (Caf, CPAM, Carsat and MSA). Demonstrations of digitally controlled machines (3D printer, digital embroidery machine, vinyl cutter) will be given.
